A local charity organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee its Social Work and Psychology Department. This role requires a minimum of a Degree in Social Work and over three years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will enhance service quality, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and manage a team of social workers and psychologists. Passion for nurturing young children and empowering families is essential.
The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.
Reports directly to the Assistant Director (Social Work & Psychology).
To oversee the Social Work and Psychology Department in their assigned centre(s) and work towards achieving the Centre's mission and vision by having close partnership with the Therapy Department, Teaching Department, Administrative Department and families of the children.
