Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Analyst for a chemical plant at Jurong Island. The successful candidate will perform quality analysis of raw materials and products, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment. Salary range is $2,800 - $3,500, with additional allowances and benefits.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
- Familiar with safety and quality details.
- Experience with LIMS and SAP is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Perform raw material, intermediate and final product quality analysis.
- Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test method.
- Compliance with HSEQ systems requirements.
- Upkeep safety and quality standards, data integrity.
- Maintenance of equipment calibration.
- Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, consumables, and quality records.
- Chemical waste management according to regulatory requirements.
- Other work as assigned by Superior.

- Working hours: 5-days (Mon to Fri) / 8 am to 4.30pm
- Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT)
- Salary Range: $2800 - $3500 + $200 Site Allowance + AWS + VB + 15 Days AL
- NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Science related field
- 3 - 5 years experience in analytical laboratory environment
