Job description
  • Analysis of user needs and define technical specifications
  • Providing advice, guidance, knowledge sharing and governance in business process, application and technical configuration
  • Analysis, development &implementation of change and/or run activity in accordance with the agreed digital/platform strategy, standards and governance for a business unit, project, programme, platform or feature team
  • Defining technical specifications of solutions in accordance with the agreed digital/platform strategy incorporating service fundamentals, security and system performance
  • Driving continuous improvement through technical and process innovation and promoting ways to leverage business benefit at every opportunity
  • Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to resolve all complex application and system issues
  • Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to company
  • Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis
  • Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively
  • Assess compatibility issues and troubleshooting of system
  • Ensuring technical/application issues are tracked and resolved promptly and elevate to the relevant channels when needed
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Ensure safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
  • Perform Site survey and Site progress claim
  • Attend Client meeting and prepare appropriate documentation
  • Manage and coordinate with teams of different skilled technicians at various work locations
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline with minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge about client/server communication
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical customers in a professional manner
  • Willing to work at worksites and shift works
