We are seeking a Campaign Analyst to deliver strategic marketing initiatives within our banking operations. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, marketing, and digital teams to deliver data-driven insights and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, telesales, direct mailer and paid media.
- Design journey based campaigns, segment customers based on lifecycle stages and behaviors, and map out touchpoints & triggers.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with PDPA and other relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to understand user requirements, campaign objectives, and fulfilment needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns and fulfilments.
- Partner with data science and analytics teams to leverage advanced analytics and predictive models in targeting customers.
- Refine customer segments and personalize outreach based on behavioral trends and product take-up.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for campaign tracking and executive review.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like SAS, or OAS.
- Generate actionable insights to improve targeting, conversion, and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in data tools: SAS, SQL, OAS, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of banking products and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign).
