Job description

What you'll be doing

• Collect, validate, and analyse operational data such as call volumes, service levels, and customer feedback
• Ensure accuracy in tracking performance metrics and key indicators for reporting and decision-making
• Develop reports and dashboards that highlight trends, performance insights, and areas for improvement
• Conduct forecasting and capacity planning to optimise workforce allocation and resource strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions
• Support system enhancement projects, including analytics and AI-enabled solutions, from planning through to testing and evaluation
• Lead validation and improvement efforts to ensure system performance and data accuracy

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Data Analytics/ Statistics/ Business Analytics or related studies
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in business, operations, or data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to change
• Hands‑on approach to uncovering insights and understanding operational issues within healthcare setting
• Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders
• Knowledge of programming (e.g., Microsoft .NET, SOAP/XML, SQL database management) will be an advantage
