Job description

Core responsibilities

1. Maintaining the periodical report generation, report modifications when requested.
2. Investigate the discrepancy in inventory, for stock take physical count, ex-stock, back to back item, and print items.
3. Work together with multiple departments.
4. Back up support for Microsoft D365 user.
5. Learn to be backup person to various on-site IT processes: such as computer/laptop troubleshooting, wifi issue, thumbprint registration, contacting vendor, printer, cctv, etc.
6. Supporting users in common IT issues related to computer/laptop, wifi, printer, Microsoft 365 account, etc.
7. Assisting various tasks assigned by manager.

Qualification

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel advance function such as advance formulas, pivot, vlookup, etc.
2. Proficient in one of the reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau.
3. Creative and resourceful problem solving skills, familiar with googling & chat GPT/copilot or any other AI to support work
4. Very clear understanding of trading business documents: SQ, SO,DO, Invoice, PO, understand the difference between our POandcustomer PO, CN, etc.
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin spoken and written.
