Mobile Allowance: Fixed $30 / Month

Contract Duration: (6 Months Contract), Extendable by another 6 Months Contract

Work Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2 and Singapore Aviation Academy @ 1 Aviation Drive, Singapore 499867.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Responsibilities
  1. Organise and maintain project files / correspondences and document management.
  2. Meetings – scheduling, assemble materials, drafting of minutes for review, track and ensure timelines are met.
  3. Tracking of project issues, maintain overview of outstanding matters in RFI / RFA (request for information / request for approvals) and track closure.
  4. Scheduling and preparation of materials for Ad-hoc meetings, project activities as required.
Educational Requirements
  • Minimum diploma in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying or related field
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to understand/interpret project timelines charts such as Gantt Charts
  • Understanding of construction documentation and filing systems
  • Knowledge of Authorities submission processes to enable proper documentation
Experience
  • Prior experience in construction administration (minimum 3-5 years)
  • Understanding of construction terminology and processes
  • Experience with contract administration and documentation
