Qualifications

  • Prior experience in airport or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Able to work 6-day weeks on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional service to passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas.
  • Assist with check-in, seat arrangements, boarding passes, and baggage enquiries.
  • Guide passengers on flight details, gate information, and airport facilities.
  • Support passengers needing special assistance (e.g. elderly, children, VIPs).
  • Verify travel documents and follow airline and immigration rules.
  • Work closely with airline and airport teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle lost baggage or passenger feedback promptly and politely.
