Our client is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of lifestyle and entertainment products. They are rapidly growing and are looking for an HR Manager to support their growth.

• Support HR manager to oversee HR activities to enhance the entire work experience of company employees while adhering to the organization's rules, regulations, and legal obligations.
• Employ and assist companies' workforce demands by constantly recruiting talent via innovative connections and platforms
• Monitor employee hiring process as well as employee records and compensation while maintaining confidentiality
• Oversee the productivity assessment that drive personnel development and ensure that the personnel information is updated and completed on schedule
• Assist employees with HR issues by acting as a primary contact.
• Ensure HR practices, procedures and policies comply with legal obligations
• Accountable for all aspects of payroll, inclusive of CPF filing, NS wage claims, tax settlement, yearly IRAS filing and government paid leave
• Confirm payroll precision and compliance on a monthly basis
• Oversee HR functions and supervise our regional headquarters' external payroll providers

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in Human Resource Administration, Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience
• Good knowledge with MOM, Employment laws and relevant regulations
• Excellent communication skills and able to work in sociable environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Capable of overseeing confidential data and good organization skills
• Capable of working independently
• Comfortable and willing to be challenged in a high-growth, rapidly adaptive environment
• Motivated in a fast-paced and adaptable working environment
