Overview

Join us as a Patient Service Associate (PSA) at our Precision and Preventive Health Centre (PPHC) @ AMKSC, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. In this dynamic position, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, managing appointments, handling registrations, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include both front-counter operations and consultation room support, where you'll assist healthcare providers by performing basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and providing translation services when needed.
