Job summary
A management company for educational programs is seeking a candidate in Singapore to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fellowship and scholarship programs. Responsibilities include planning, fund management, and coordinating annual award events. Candidates should possess a recognized degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program management.
- Experience in scholarship management is preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fellowship and scholarship programs.
- Coordinate pre- and post-training administration for participants.
- Organise annual award events for recipients.
- Ensure efficient processes and accurate documentation.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fellowship and scholarship programs, including planning, fund management, selection, and claims processes.
- Coordinate pre- and post-training administration for program participants.
- Organise annual award events to recognise fellowship and scholarship recipients.
- Ensure efficient processes and accurate documentation to maintain program integrity.
- Recognised degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Past experience in scholarship management
