Job summary

A payroll service provider located in Singapore is looking for an experienced payroll administrator. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration, particularly in a large organization. Duties include managing monthly payroll runs, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll runs on an accurate and timely manner, including data verifications against the supporting documents.
  • Perform payroll related reconciliations and prepare the necessary payroll reports, required for seeking approvals of payments.
  • Perform statutory filing Administer medical, screening and dental related claims reimbursement and reconcile approved claims against payroll records.
  • Prepare both system and manual journal postings for month-end closing.
  • Prepare cost charging adjustments and reclassifications, as and when needed.
  • Provide first-level support for payroll enquiries.
  • Support payroll audits (e.g. preparation of audit documents).
  • Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience overseeing the overall payroll administration process, including hands-on payroll processing.
  • Experience in at least one (1) organization with a minimum headcount of 1,000, and experience using SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM
