Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
• Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed
• Ensure smooth job operations
• Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial
• Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
• Can work well in a team
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
