Responsibilities include leading Scrum calls, facilitating client meetings, and providing training on CRM use. Responsibilities

  • Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool.
  • Handle Scrum call with offshore and onsite development team.
  • Lead client meetings or facilitate strategy sessions reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without custom code.
  • Understand functional capabilities and limitations for out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications.
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
  • Develop high-level project work plans.
  • Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job description
  • Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK.
  • Handling Scrum call with offshore and onsite development team.
  • Lead client meetings or facilitate strategy sessions; you will be reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code.
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out‑of‑the‑box functionality as well as custom code.
  • Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training).
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back‑office/ERP applications.
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
  • Develop high‑level project work plans.
  • Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
