Retail Store Supervisor
Job summary
A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Manager to supervise the store team and monitor daily sales activities. The ideal candidate will train and motivate staff, schedule shifts accordingly, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and managing inventory effectively. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for personal growth and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead retail store team.
- Monitor daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to improve performance.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure coverage.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising displays.
- Prepare sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulations.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for business growth with new and existing clients.
Working day: 5 days work week including weekend (shift)
Working time: Retail hour
