Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Provide first line support to staff and members on all IT matters
  2. Provide technical administrative support e.g. setting up and installation of applications, Point of Sales, iPhones and PCs
  3. Implement and maintain network security protocols, including VPN and firewalls
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and availability issues
  5. Manage and maintain the wired and wireless network infrastructures, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points
  6. Update server patches as and when required
  7. Ensure Anti‑virus applications are updated
  8. Conduct software audit checks
  9. Maintain inventory lists

Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology with at least 3 years of related experience or Degree in information Technology with at least 1 year of related experience
  • Proficient in the administration of servers and MS applications, and networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points)
  • Hands‑on experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, VPN, VLAN, and network monitoring tools
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
