Purpose of role
The People Services Director, Asia Pacific is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of HR shared services across multiple countries in the region. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in key HR functions, including regional payroll services, compensation and benefits administration, HR system administration, and employee lifecycle administration.
