Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP or any ERP package.
• Knowledge of Windows Server functions including AD, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience in backup and recovery processes using Acronis Backup.

• Support and troubleshoot IT issues for users.
• Perform system/network support for servers.

Job description

Main Duties

• Epicor ERP administration

- Administration, setup, installation, customization, and report generation

- Support MS SQL Server administration

• Windows Server Administration

- Knowledge and skills to perform functions in AD, DHCP, DNS, Print server, FTP, VPN, Group Policy, WSUS

• Hardware and Software License Management

- Manage the inventory list for hardware and software and ensure compliance with organizational requirements

Other Job Responsibilities

IT Support

• Evaluate new software and guide users on how to use them

• Backup and Recovery

- Knowledge of Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced for server or above

• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues encountered by users with PC clients, systems, applications, and other services

• System/Network support for physical and virtualized server systems

• Anti-Malware & Windows update scanning and monitoring

- Removal of malware and redeployment of machines as needed

Competencies and Experience

• Knowledge of Epicor ERP or any ERP package

• Hands-on experience with vSphere and VMWare

• More experienced candidates will be offered a senior position
