Job description

· Participate in HR enquiries and HR administration processes such as arranging for candidate liaison, interviews, work pass applications, and payroll processing.

· Formulate and monitor manpower budgeting and prepare headcount reports periodically.

· Coordinate and manage expatriate matters, including the application and renewal of employment passes/work permits, onboarding incoming expatriates, and managing exits.

· Support HR system implementation and act as the superuser of HRMS.

· Identify training needs and provide training support.

· Handle office administration tasks such as hotel arrangements, accommodation, and travel bookings.

· Provide secretarial support and perform receptionist duties.

· Organize annual health screenings for employees.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

· Assist in office procurement processes.

· Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained for purchases and that processes are followed.

Requirements/Skills

· At least 3 years of experience in HR-related roles.

· At least 3 years of experience in office administration management.

· Reliable with strong communication skills.

· Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies.

· Knowledge of HR functions, including immigration and payroll matters.

· Good verbal and written command of English.
