Human Resources Management
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all staff levels, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance with local labor laws.
- Manpower Planning: Collaborate with department heads to assess and forecast manpower requirements, proactively sourcing candidates to meet business demands.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, supporting training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Policy Development: Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll input, leave, and attendance records in collaboration with finance/payroll service providers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Administration
- Office Management: Supervise general office administration, including office supplies, maintenance, filing systems, and coordination with service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Support documentation and coordination for work passes, insurance, and staff welfare matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer & Visitor Hospitality
- Client Engagement: Host and coordinate client visits and VIP delegations, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience that aligns with the company's brand image.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to prepare meeting rooms, presentations, refreshments, and manage logistics for client interactions.
- Executive Support: Occasionally accompany the CEO or senior management during key customer or supplier visits to ensure smooth interaction and follow-up.
Requirements :
- Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including management-level hiring.
- Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across countries.
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
