Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an Accounts Assistant to manage invoices, maintain accounts, and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accounting and at least 1 year of experience in the shipping industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Responsibilities
- Generate and post sales invoices and maintain AR records.
- Process vendor invoices and manage expense reports.
- Prepare G/L data for month-end closing and assist in audit schedule preparation.
- Organize and update financial files.

- Process vendor invoices, match and code transactions, manage expense reports, and execute electronic payments efficiently.
- Prepare G/L data for month‑end closing and assist in audit schedule preparation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Organize and update financial files, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems for reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting
- At least 1 years of accounts/book keeping experience in shipping industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
