Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Senior Manager to lead consulting delivery and regional project execution across APAC. This is a hybrid role combining people leadership, project governance, and customer success oversight within a global Professional Services organization.

You will manage a team of consultants, ensure the successful delivery of projects across the region, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service excellence.

This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting leadership experience, a background in financial systems or enterprise software implementations, and the ability to navigate a matrixed global environment with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Professional Services consultants.
  • Provide ongoing performance management, skills development, and delivery oversight.
  • Promote consistent methodologies and high‑quality service standards across the team.
Project Delivery & Governance
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements across APAC.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project health, utilization, revenue forecasts, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for project‑related issues.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in resource planning, scheduling, and services forecasting.
  • Support pre‑sales activities where needed (e.g., scoping, solution discussions).
Process Improvement & Best Practices
  • Define and refine delivery frameworks, processes, and templates that improve efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project execution, consultant readiness, and internal alignment.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring needs in collaboration with senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10–12+ years experience in consulting, Professional Services, project leadership, or enterprise software delivery.
  • 5+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience delivering or overseeing implementations of ERP, financial systems, reporting tools, BI platforms, or other enterprise‑level software.
  • Strong track record managing client‑facing engagements and regional delivery.
Skills
