Job summary
A leading electrical company in Singapore seeks a diligent individual for invoice processing, credit reviews, and account management. The role involves preparing reports, monitoring sales transactions, and engaging with customers to resolve any account issues. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Accountancy or a related qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments.
- Organise and conduct credit review meetings.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Update customer accounts in the accounting system.
- Monitor sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers.
- Disseminate invoices and reminders.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Assist in audits and stock takes.
- Complete ad-hoc duties.
