We are seeking a seasoned District Manager to lead telecom operations and maintenance (O&M) across a designated region in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring network reliability, operational excellence, and compliance with SLAs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

As District Manager, you will oversee field operations, manage ASPs, and ensure seamless service delivery for telecom infrastructure. You will set operational standards, monitor network performance, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality service. This position offers an opportunity to work on large-scale projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent operations in strategic customer meetings.

• ✓ Lead district O&M teams and ASPs to meet contractual commitments and SLA targets.
• ✓ Establish operational guidelines and enforce compliance across teams.
• ✓ Ensure unified reporting and workflow templates for internal teams and ASPs.
• ✓ Track PMR progress and initiate corrective actions for delays or issues.
• ✓ Monitor trouble ticket resolution to maintain SLA and KPI compliance.
• ✓ Analyze incidents to validate root cause and eliminate repeat faults.
• ✓ Drive permanent solutions for recurring failures with teams and ASPs.
• ✓ Oversee handover of new sites and modernization projects to operations.
• ✓ Plan and follow up on generator overhauls until customer acceptance.
• ✓ Consolidate district updates into clear performance and status reports.
• ✓ Maintain accurate equipment database and optimize asset utilization.
• ✓ Ensure compliance with theft and vandalism reporting processes.
• ✓ Conduct ASP review meetings and track action items.
• ✓ Manage temporary contractors for special assignments ensuring quality delivery.
• ✓ Represent operations in customer meetings and regional reviews.

• ✓ Proven experience in telecom O&M leadership roles.
• ✓ Strong field operations and vendor management expertise.
• ✓ In-depth knowledge of telecom infrastructure and maintenance practices.
• ✓ Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• ✓ Ability to manage multi-region activities under pressure.
• ✓ Strong communication and escalation management skills.

• ✓ PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• ✓ Familiarity with WFMS and network monitoring tools.
• ✓ Experience in managed services environments.
• ✓ Knowledge of energy optimization and OPEX rollout strategies.
• ✓ Arabic language proficiency.
