A leading global recruitment firm seeks a Supply Chain leader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage operations across the Middle East and Africa. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience, particularly in the pharma industry, and expertise in demand planning at a strategic level. The candidate must possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams in a complex regional setting, making Saudi nationality a necessity due to Saudization guidelines.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain management.
Pharma industry background is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Demand Planning at a strategic level.
Proven track record in supply chain leadership roles within multinational pharmaceutical organizations.
Ability to manage complex regional operations across direct and indirect channels.
Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to regional and global leadership teams.
Experience in leading and developing diverse, cross-cultural teams.
Saudi Nationality is mandatory due to the saudization.
Lead the end-to-end supply chain across the Middle East & Africa region.
Oversee both direct and indirect distribution channels to ensure optimal market access.
Drive demand planning accuracy to secure market readiness and product availability.
Collaborate with regional and global leadership to optimize supply chain performance and distribution efficiency.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team across MEA, with direct leadership presence in KSA.
Ensure compliance with global standards while adapting to local market dynamics.
Act as a strategic partner in aligning supply chain execution with business growth objectives.
