Working for this leading telecommunications operator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibilities will be to:
-Analyze consumer and usage data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and to provide recommendations on how to successfully manage the company’s loyalty programs
-Prepare reports for various stakeholders such as program managers and business unit managers to evaluate the impact of the loyalty programs
-Support the development, data extraction and reporting for promotional campaigns and offers
-Conduct data mining such as customer tiering and campaign targeting
-Monitor partner performance indicators and feedback reports
-Support the preparation of the loyalty program budget
-Oversee data quality and make recommendations on how to improve data collection and management
-Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in data-analysis and CRM
-Experience in the telecommunications and loyalty sector is a great advantage
-Must have experience in data mining tools
-Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
-Must have impeccable analytical skills
