Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

We are seeking for a Senior Sales Representative (Security and fire systems), for our Solution business who plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling integrated security and fire alarm system solutions. You will develop the Senior partners and represent the complete portfolio with focus on Senior safety.

The Siemens environment is very dynamic, handling multiple opportunities across KSA. You will be responsible for sales of the assigned region and achieve the targets by closely collaborating with other business units within Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You join a dynamic and diverse team and can count on the support of the entire team.

  • Be responsible for the sales performance of your area for indicated product lines.
  • Generate profitable sales and engage with clients in a consultative selling approach to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions in Security and fire alarm systems and provide fully integrated Smart Solutions.
  • Develop and implement new and unique strategies for Siemens SI B Systems.
  • Promote Siemens products and solutions to consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end-users across various industries.
  • Collaborate with other teams to cross-sell solutions and strengthen the Siemens brand.
  • Coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with Back Office and support functions to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and establish strong, meaningful connections with key stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to business development strategies.
  • Identify and influence early-stage projects by connecting with consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Establish relationships with key end-users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, along with major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from early stages
  • Acts as a Senior Sales Specialist
  • Acquires/develops new customer accounts.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from project identification and offer compilation to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with technical standards, managing financial risks, maintaining positive cash flow, and securing favorable terms in line with Siemens Business Guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts using tools like Salesforce and other CRM applications.
  • Work in cooperation with other BU’s and other departments , leveraging on Cross-BU Selling and leveraging Siemens Overall Brand.
  • Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Buildings BU, Siemens Industries, KSA.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
  • An engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in Sales, Solution Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • E xperience in low-current systems for a manufacturer or channel partner.
  • Understanding of promoting premium solutions with value-selling against price driven market/competitors.
  • Preferred to have experience in Siemens SI B products
  • Preferred to have a good understanding of the latest Aramco processes and standards.
  • Strong Saudi market knowledge of Contractors, Consultants , and End-Users in the Eastern Region.
  • Dynamic, Energetic , and Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good understanding of Contract Terms and Conditions as per Saudi Law.
