  • Become part of the EMEA Strategic Engagement Team (SET), dedicated to digital innovation for Cisco’s most strategic clients.

  • Lead service-led deals and “Cisco-as-a-Service” agreements to deliver transformative outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Pursuit Leads, Commercial Leads, Enterprise Architects, and Account Teams on major financial services and banking Giga Projects.

  • Thrive in a collaborative, environment that values expertise and partnership.

  • Help shape the future of banking and financial services in Saudi Arabia using Cisco’s sophisticated technology.

Your Impact
  • Lead the pursuit and delivery of complex, multi-year financial services sales opportunities to grow Cisco’s presence in Saudi Arabia.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with government, banking leaders, and financial industry consultants.

  • Engage C-level executives at top financial institutions to position Cisco’s solutions for sector-wide transformation.

  • Partner with internal teams to translate technology into industry-specific results and measurable value for customers.

  • Promote standard processes and share innovative solutions across Cisco’s internal and external communities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Significant senior-level experience in the financial services sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a demonstrated ability to win large, strategic deals.

  • Consistent record of business development, deal origination, and closing complex, high-value technology solutions in banking or financial services.

  • Experience selling to or partnering with major Saudi banks and financial institutions.

  • Proven track record to build and maximise a strong network of relationships with key financial sector customers in the region.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales training and methodology expertise, such as MEDDIC or MEDDICC.

  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE).

  • Passionate about sales, building relationships, and delivering value to clients in the financial services sector.

  • Exceptional active listening and consultative problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital sales platforms, as well as knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s major transportation and tourism objectives.

• Nature of the Work: Full Time
• Hours of work: 48 hours per week
