Accounts Supervisor Jobs | Saudi Arabia

One of our clients are looking for an Accountant Supervisor who oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and supervises the accounting team. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations while supporting management with financial analysis and reporting.

• Supervise and manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and Saudi regulations (ZATCA, VAT, WHT).
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures, report variances to management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Support tax filings, VAT returns, and statutory reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
• Collaborate with finance management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Professional certifications (CPA, SOCPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
