Personal Trainer

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Jeddah. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals, abilities, and preferences. You will also be responsible for conducting one-on-one training sessions, group fitness classes, and providing nutrition guidance to clients.

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Knowledge of nutrition and exercise science
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments with new clients to determine their current fitness level, goals, and any existing medical conditions
- Design personalized workout plans for clients that align with their goals and abilities
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program as needed
- Provide guidance on proper form and technique during training sessions
- Lead group fitness classes such as HIIT, yoga, or strength training
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and create meal plans based on their individual needs
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
