Wedding Planner - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Wedding Planner to coordinate and oversee our clients’ weddings in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be Egyptian with strong English language skills and prior experience organizing weddings.
The Wedding Planner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wedding planning, from venue selection to budget management. They must ensure that the weddings are carried out smoothly and according to the client’s wishes. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a deep understanding of wedding etiquette and tradition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive plan for the wedding based on the client’s preferences
- Research venues, vendors, caterers, florists, etc., and select the best options that fit within the budget
- Negotiate with vendors to secure discounts or special rates
- Set up meetings with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding day
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure they provide services on time
- Supervise staff during setup, ceremony and reception to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Monitor costs throughout the planning process
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to weddings
- Prepare final documents such as contracts or invoices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role in event management industry - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of wedding etiquette and traditions in different cultures is preferred - Outstanding communication abilities (verbal and written) - Fluency in English is mandatory - Must not require accommodation upon employment - Should be Egyptian national or hold a valid work permit for Saudi Arabia.
