- Maintain Production and Facility Equipment to promote UP time and lessen Downtime
- Execute projects assigned, with guidance, on equipment improvements, rebuilds, or basic troubleshooting
- Follow OEM procedures, specifications & Drawings for Maintenance activities
- Correctly diagnose equipment failure problems and be able to instigate proper repair procedures
- Clean and inspect equipment, execute emergency repairs, scheduled repairs, and preventative maintenance program of production equipment and facilities
- Assist and provide knowledge transfer to the juniors technicians and other maintenance personnel
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts for all machines to minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Following manufacturer’s instructions, manuals, and diagrams, diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment problems
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Repair and maintain the CNC production machines (Milling, Turning, boring and/or grinding)
- Assist other maintenance technicians
- Comply with all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
- Maintain a safe and clean work area with proper housekeeping and origination of tools and supplies
- Fabricate and install new equipment
- Utilize safe work habits
- Maintain parts and tools inventory
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Performing Maintenance of CNC Machines is required
- Technical Diploma in related field
