The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure planning, particularly in the banking sector. Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Manager – Availability & Capacity Management for a client in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure capacity and availability planning.
The following are the requirements for the role:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure capacity/availability planning, or performance engineering within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk).
- Good understanding of database, middleware, and core banking application performance impacts.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (certification preferred).
