Conduct thorough security assessments across our data / voice networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, DMZ, Internet).
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in delivering clear presentations and exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication of technical information.
Very strong problem‑solving skills to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.

In‑depth knowledge of the product catalogue to effectively recommend and implement solutions.
