KSA, plays a key and strategic role in Arabia growth. It requires a logistics ecosystem that has a high edge model of agility and efficiency considering complexity of relatively high size portfolio with different type of operations and customers’ behaiviors.

The logistics assistant manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehousing and transportation across KSA by managing finished goods outbound movements. This role ensures the right balance between service, cost, and saving targets. It requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive supply chain excellence. Scope includes managing 3PL Maersk Logistics Park in Jeddah and Riyadh warehouse in terms of outbound & inventory for both primary and secondary operations. Monitoring all warehousing, transportations, logistics distribution cost, JV distribution cost & governance, as well as leading logistics excellence agenda. You will be also responsible for building, developing, and reviewing the department KPIs and evaluate their outcomes. Also, you will be responsible for developing the team capabilities and skills and discuss their future fit plans. In addition, accountable to deliver logistics safety, quality, cost savings, business waste reduction, customer service, continuous improvement projects and sustainability improvements.
