Position: Accounts Manager

Location: Jeddah - Al Mohammadiya

Experience: 7+ years in accounting, preferably in construction or related industries

1. Manage all accounting operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
2. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards on ERP System.
3. Ensure accurate cost accounting, project costing, and job costing for construction projects.
4. Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
5. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for compliance.
6. Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures.
7. Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.
8. Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
9. Liaise with administration, project managers, vendors, and clients on financial matters.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting (WIP, progress billing, retention).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with taxation, VAT, and financial regulations in construction.
• Preferably from Pakistan, India, Jordan, Sudan, or Syria.
