Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Controlling & Cost Settlement, SAP Corrective Maintenance, SAP Breakdown Maintenance, and SAP Work Clearance Management. This role requires a strong background in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM domains. The position is based in our office and may require travel.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and implementation of SAP Controlling & Cost Settlement processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management.
2. Oversee the integration of SAP Corrective Maintenance to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
3. Provide expertise in SAP Breakdown Maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of critical systems.
4. Implement SAP Work Clearance Management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and streamline work clearance processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes, ensuring clarity and consistency for end-users.
7. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions.
8. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP systems.
9. Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain system integrity.
10. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, incorporating them into the organization’s processes.
11. Work closely with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with financial goals and objectives.
12. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance business processes.
13. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-related activities.

Qualifications

1. Possess strong expertise in SAP Controlling & Cost Settlement, SAP Corrective Maintenance, SAP Breakdown Maintenance, and SAP Work Clearance Management.
2. Have a solid background in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM domains.
3. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Show proficiency in documenting and maintaining SAP processes.
6. Be capable of conducting thorough system testing and validation.
7. Have the ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.

Certifications Required
