About the job SERVICENOW ARCHITECT - LSD & GRC

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Legal Service Delivery (LSD) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The role requires strong technical expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise legal, compliance, and risk management processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow LSD and GRC modules.
• Define platform architecture, security frameworks, and data models for legal and compliance workflows.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Govern ServiceNow design decisions and enforce best practices across implementations.

Legal Service Delivery (LSD)

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for contract management, legal requests, matter management, and compliance tracking.
• Optimize legal workflows, approvals, and collaboration tools within ServiceNow.
• Integrate with document management systems and other enterprise applications for legal operations.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Architect and implement GRC solutions including risk assessments, policy management, audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure integration with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB for risk and compliance alignment.
• Enable automation for risk reporting, incident management, and regulatory compliance workflows.

Integration & Automation

• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and business rules for automation.

Leadership & Governance

• Act as the technical authority and advisor for LSD and GRC initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, legal, compliance, and IT teams to translate requirements into architecture.
• Guide developers and implementation teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure quality delivery.
• Support platform roadmap planning, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architect-level responsibility.
• Proven hands-on experience with LSD and GRC modules in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and data models.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and automation solutions.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and compliance processes.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or government environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-LSD, CIS-GRC, or Architect-level credentials.
• Knowledge of legal management systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management standards.
• Experience in KSA or Middle East government programs (preferred).
