Job summary
A technology solutions company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced manager to oversee operational, financial, and technological aspects of the business. The role involves maintaining business operations, improving customer satisfaction, and liaising between business and IT. Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management and project performance evaluation are essential. Responsibilities
- Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
- Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
