Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst for an immediate on-site role. This position focuses on requirements, user journeys, and supporting teams across diverse workstreams. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in software development, strong expertise in requirements gathering, and the ability to work closely with development and QA teams. Fluent Arabic is preferred. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or application development.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, process mapping, and UAT.
- Ability to collaborate with development, data, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements including BRDs.
- Map and document workflows, processes, user journeys, and personas.
- Translate business logic into clear requirements for developers and data engineers.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Work closely with development teams to design and validate new application modules.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing and issue tracking.
- Document data sources, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting needs.
- Prepare test cases and support application testing.
- Execute UAT with business teams and validate functionality.
