About the Role:

To manage a team efficiently to intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a Diploma in Production Technology.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment. And Experience in high volume operational environment.
• Handled a multinational and multifunctional workforce, exposure in automated process control production
• Experience in finalizing plans/targets with a production management team with regards to production and maintenance activities
• Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards
• Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service level
• Co‑operative with superiors’ peers and subordinates.
• Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce and develop a team environment and boost the output level of employees.
• Able to work in co‑ordination with multicultural workforce and to train people for required jobs and develop a multicultural workforce.
