Job Summary

The talent acquisition specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment from attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future workforce requirements. The incumbent closely works with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans aligning with overall objectives of the organization.

General Responsibilities
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of management and technical roles
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive market research.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs, define critical role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and sometimes participate in or lead interviews to assess candidates.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms (salary, benefits), and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Contribute to and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance its reputation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.
