Overview
Supply Chain Manager – lead and manage the Supply Chain functions across Saudi Arabia, supporting multiple Operations Job Families and related functions (Customer Service & Order Handling, Production Planning, Logistics (Warehousing/Transportation), and Purchase – Raw Material and Non‑Raw Material). Based in Jeddah and reporting to the Operations Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead the supply chain teams to develop, coach, and guide members to build a competent, engaged, and enabled workforce to meet Jotun’s current and future needs.
- Arrange and participate in Sales, Operations & Management meetings to coordinate activities and improve overall efficiency and cooperation between Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
- Implement and monitor procedures and guidelines to ensure supply chain activities comply with local laws, regulations, ISO standards, Jotun Operations System, and HSEQ Management System.
- Initi and drive cross‑functional planning and cooperation to align stakeholders, champion continuous improvement and Lean practices, and maintain strong HSEQ compliance. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and regional stakeholders to support business growth and deliver reliable, world‑class supply chain performance and efficiency.
- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain function across Saudi Arabia – drive customer service excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Manage planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution while optimizing inventory, cost, and service levels with continuous improvement activities and agreed KPI’s.
- Ensure efficient Logistics setup to meet customers’ current and future needs, efficient stock management, and quality control of Raw Material, packaging, and Finish Goods.

- Countries/Markets: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Yemen, India and Intercompany business within Jotun network (Marine customers).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is preferable.
- 8‑10 years of relevant experience in leading Supply Chain function.
- Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
