Qualifications

  • 4+ years of solid experience in Key Accounts Management within the food service industry / HORECA, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong expertise in managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients.
  • Solid understanding of the Saudi food service market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic annual plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Face to Face visits for active and new Key Accounts.
  • Owns, manages and achieves all sales targets and KPIs.
  • Grow Reach and Penetration of customers.
  • Manages, builds relationships, and serves existing/potential customers in Food Service Channel.
  • Become a trusted consultant by providing culinary solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct Demonstrations for UFS SKUs for customers.
  • Ability to analyze data to create daily activities.
  • Creation of new LTOs and innovations with key customers.
