Qualifications

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, coordinate with internal departments, and support smooth inbound and outbound vehicle movement. This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting sales operations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily vehicle stock and update records accordingly
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for vehicle movements
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the stock management system
• Track vehicle deliveries and returns to/from various locations
• Prepare stock status reports for management and relevant departments
• Support inventory planning and stock level optimization
• Maintain proper documentation for all vehicle transactions

Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or stock control (automotive sector preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and stock management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
