This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting sales operations efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily vehicle stock and update records accordingly
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for vehicle movements
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the stock management system
  • Track vehicle deliveries and returns to/from various locations
  • Prepare stock status reports for management and relevant departments
  • Support inventory planning and stock level optimization
  • Maintain proper documentation for all vehicle transactions

Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or stock control (automotive sector preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
