Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the design phase of hotel projects, ensuring that design goals, timelines, and budgets are met
2. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
3. Manage and coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
4. Review and evaluate design concepts, drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements
5. Monitor and control project changes, risks, and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate any potential impacts
6. Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment
7. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards in the design phase

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
