About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager PMO to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing project controls across multiple large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Develop and implement project control systems, processes, and procedures to enhance project performance and reporting
• Lead the project controls team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
• Establish and maintain project baselines, including scope, schedule, and cost
• Conduct regular project performance analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
• Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules, cost estimates, and forecasts
• Implement earned value management techniques to track project progress and performance
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices in Saudi Arabia
• Continuously improve project control methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
• Additional certifications in project controls or related areas
• Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in project controls or related field, with a focus on large-scale projects
• Proven experience in managing project controls teams and processes
• Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
• Strong skills in data analysis, cost control, budgeting, and schedule management
• Expertise in risk management and performance measurement techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• Knowledge of local regulations and business practices in Saudi Arabia
• Familiarity with construction or engineering industry practices
• Understanding of contract management and procurement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
