At Salla, we are building the digital backbone of commerce in the region, empowering thousands of merchants to start, grow, and scale their businesses. We turn what’s complex into something simple, powerful, and scalable.

Today, more than 100,000 merchants run their businesses on Salla, generating over SAR 50 billion in GMV. Supporting this scale requires product systems that work reliably across the full commerce stack.

We are hiring senior product leaders to own one or more of the following domains, depending on experience and fit:

  • Merchant First Experience (signup, onboarding, activation, early success)
  • Sales Channels (social, offline, integrations, multi-channel selling)
  • Storefronts (themes, customization, performance, conversion)
  • Catalog & Products (products, variants, pricing, media, structure)
  • Payments (checkout, payment methods, compliance, reliability)
  • Marketplaces & Ecosystem (apps, partners, extensibility)
  • Inventory & Logistics (stock, fulfillment, shipping, operations)
  • Enterprise Capabilities (advanced workflows, scale, control)
  • Ads & Growth Products (merchant acquisition, demand generation, monetization)

Each role owns a major product domain or lifecycle end to end - from strategy and prioritization through execution and measurable outcomes.

This is not a feature delivery role, a coordination role, or a process management role.

Core responsibilities
  • Own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a major product domain, lifecycle, or system
  • Translate company and business goals into clear, prioritized product bets
  • Lead and develop product managers and cross-functional squads across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data
  • Drive measurable impact across metrics such as activation, retention, revenue, efficiency, and scale
  • Make and communicate hard tradeoffs under real constraints
  • Improve how product decisions are made — not just what gets shipped
  • Stay close to users, data, and execution while scaling teams and systems
  • Collaborate deeply across teams to ensure cohesive, end-to-end merchant experiences
  • 8+ years of product experience, including leadership roles with real decision authority
  • Proven ownership of a product, system, or lifecycle end to end
  • Direct accountability for measurable outcomes (e.g., activation, retention, revenue, efficiency, scale)
  • Experience leading senior PMs and cross-functional squads
  • Strong systems thinking who is able to simplify complexity and design for scale
  • Demonstrated ability to make hard tradeoffs, including stopping or changing direction on initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving fast with clarity and intent
  • Close to the details when needed, while capable of operating at a strategic altitude
  • Connects dots across teams and domains rather than guarding a narrow area of ownership
  • Communicates clearly around why decisions are made, not just what was shipped
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and comfortable operating in a Saudi / GCC market context
