Senior Integration Specialist
Reports To
The Senior Integration Specialist will report to R&D Manager.
Job Overview
Works with project managers, internal development teams, and customers to develop and deploy integration components between company and other systems.
Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Resource for Integration migration or deployment management.
  2. Based on customer’s specifications, create data mapping that meets business and operational needs.
  3. Manages integration timelines and keeps projects on track.
  4. Trains customer in deployment on how to use the product specifically as it pertains to their instance and unique needs.
  5. Trace customer problems and provides resolutions promptly.
  6. Gives status reports regularly on current tasks and manages customer expectations of the functions of integration components.
Qualifications
  1. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  2. 4+ years of extensive experience in software integration and implementation.
  3. Experience training customers on product features and functionality.
  4. Experience interpreting technical requirements.
  5. Advanced organizational and time management skills needed to manage appointments and customer needs.
  6. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  7. Experience with integration tools.
  8. Strong understanding of HL7, ASTM, and FHIR.
  9. Experience with JavaScript and Mirth connect are a plus.
  10. Strong background with relational database, specifically Oracle databases.
  11. Excellent spoken and written English.
  12. Good problem-solving skills.
  13. An understanding of business.
