Job Description

Job Description: The Senior Business Development Manager in K.S.A. is responsible for a specific territory within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He/she is responsible for identifying new opportunities for DTS Solution's products and services and coordinating activities with DTS management and vendor partners.

  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work with internal teams to serve customers effectively.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans focused on customer acquisition.
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers and executive stakeholders using consultative selling skills.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position cybersecurity services effectively.
  • Engage in demand generation to develop and expand territory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially in cybersecurity services.
  • Travel within the territory and to company-wide meetings as necessary.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in IT or information security in K.S.A.
  • Experience in presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, tenders, etc.
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Sales, responsibilities include:

  • Act as the continuous point of contact for customers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans to meet personal and company goals.
  • Prospect and meet clients, leveraging your network.
  • Engage with key customers, build relationships, and understand their business needs.
  • Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of opportunities to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Maximize penetration of DTS solutions among existing and new clients.
  • Design growth strategies and execution plans.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships, advising on digital transformation solutions.
  • Serve as the key contact for key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Advise internal teams on pre-sale, sale, and delivery strategies.
  • Ensure performance levels and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support clients in their cybersecurity journey as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, target accounts, and competition.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of DTS products and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Cyber Security focus preferred), with at least 5 years of sales experience. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong KSA market experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of KSA-NCA and SAMA regulations.
  • Experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
  • Experience with SOC as a Service (SOCaaS).
  • Experience working with targets.
  • Technical selling skills and ability to build customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, marketing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Cybersecurity certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with key cybersecurity tools and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to manage CXO level relationships.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
